The last stop on my tour of Leyte was Tacloban. The city was devastated in Nov 2013 by a typhoon (you probably saw reports on the news). The city is rebuilding and the Episcopal Care Foundation has an office and staff that oversee the projects in Ormoc and Tacloban. I also did some tourist stuff to see local sites and get a taste of the city and its people.
